Who each one is built for
Workshop Software is built for vehicle workshops and has a dedicated mobile mechanic page. Its plans step up from Silver to Gold to Platinum. Online bookings from your website, electronic inspections and the advanced phone app start at Gold. Multi-site and the public API are Platinum.
GoFolio is one plan. Online booking, the job card, the inspection checklist, quotes, invoices and card payments are all in it from day one. It’s built for a solo mobile mechanic or a small shop that runs the day from a phone.
What it costs
Workshop Software lists prices “+ GST”, billed monthly or annually. Extra users are “$20 + GST per month”. SMS and rego lookups carry a “small fee” each, amount not published.
