Two ways to do it: delete it yourself in seconds, or ask us to.
If you can still sign in, you can delete your own account without contacting anyone. It takes effect immediately.
In the iOS app: Settings → Profile → Delete my account.
On the web dashboard: Settings → Profile → Delete my account.
If you own the business, you’ll be asked to type your business name and re-enter your password first. That is deliberate — deleting an owner account destroys the business and everything in it, and it cannot be undone.
If you own the business: the business itself and everything scoped to it — bookings, customers, vehicles, invoices, inspections and checklists, team memberships, settings and integration connections — plus every uploaded file (job and inspection photos, your logo) and finally your login.
If you work for a business you don’t own: your login is deleted and you are removed from every business you belong to. The business and its records are not touched, because they aren’t yours — work you recorded stays with the business, with your name detached from it.
Records we’re legally required to retain — principally financial records such as issued invoices and payment records, which tax law requires us and the business to keep. Everything else goes.
If you are a customerof a business that uses GoFolio rather than a GoFolio account holder, your details belong to that business. Contact them directly, or use the form below and we’ll pass the request on.
Full detail is in our privacy policy.
Use this if you can’t sign in, no longer have the app installed, or would just rather we did it. We’ll email you to confirm it’s really you before deleting anything, and we’ll respond within 30 days — normally far sooner.
You can also just email miqui.campuzano@gmail.com.
